Plaque: wooden; oak; elliptical; engraved with (?)seal of Waltham Holy Cross; elliptical cartouche enclosing image of two winged angels standing on a grassy mound supporting the true cross. Inscribed. Two suspension plates set into reverse; double holes at top and bottom of reverse (?where plates have been attached in past)
