Brief description
Male in grey suit, white shirt and red tie, gesturing towards the ornate green tiles in a corridor in Waltham Abbey Town hall. Male standing on font of closed white door. Corridor flooring is edged in red, with grey and then black stripes outside the main random patterned red, white, grey mosaic effect. Dark green embossed tiles above black skirting and below cream coloured painted walls. 5 layers of green tiled topped and based by a narrow strip of cream tiles with a single layer of different embossed tiles above, narrow band of cream tiles above and topped by round shaped tile in a pale green. Reverse has date stamp in red 17 DEC 1983. W A Town Hall written in blue biro. Shape outline of male and tiles area drawn in black biro with ovoid shape inside with 'Brom C CUT OUT AS MARKED x 27cm' Typed '61 3195 8-08 81 8 +0 +0 +0 +01 -22 0899'
