Brief description
Black and white photograph, with border of a 2 storey, detached house behind a hedge. The right side of the building is set back from the left. The left hand side has a large slight bay window on the ground floor, with a tiled upper floor with window under a timbered gable. The right hand side has a timbered gable, with a window below and the ground floor has a projecting triangular window. There is a porch where the parts of the building are joined. There is a 5 in the top left corner. Reverse handwritten in blue ink, No 9 The Drive, Buckhurst Hill and there is a central Chigwell UDC Surveyors Department stamp and a stamp for Paul J Parry.
