Brief description
Black and white photograph, with border, of a detached, two storey, white house with timber decoration on the upper floor. The left hand side has a garage with a roof that slopes upwards to give a triangular shape to the building, this is reflected on the right hand side towards a glass greenhouse/conservatory. The door is in a recess to the right of the garage and the central part of the house is built outwards and has a gable. There is a low stone wall in front of the house and a paved driveway leading to the garage, with opened metal gates. There is a handwritten, in black, 9 top right corner. Reverse handwritten in blue ink, No. 17 The Drive, Buckhurst Hill. There is an oval Chigwell UDC, surveyors Department stamp and a Paul J Parry stamp.
