Black and white photograph, with white border, of a road junction. Left bottom corner has a curved kerb with a white curved line drawn on the road in front. To the left top corner is a road. lined with trees and street lamps, to the right of the junction is an open gateway. On the reverse handwritten in blue ink 'Palmerston Rd/ Westbury Lane junct. B. Hill. Prior to improvement. Temporary kerbs to go on white lines.
