Brief description
Black and white photograph, with border, taken looking across a road to 2 lampposts on the opposite pavement with a post box to the right. There is a wooden fence beyond the pavement with mature trees to the left and a building to the right in the background. On reverse handwritten in blue ink 'The Council's new standard light for "side streets" - and an old gas lamp. Brook Rd L'ton. Sept 1963.' There is a Chigwell UDC Surveyors Department oval ink stamp.
