Brief description
Black and white photograph with white border, of a bus stop with bus shelter. The bus stop sign is on the left hand side and is topped by a bus stop sign (London Transport design) There is a pavement in the foreground. The bus shelter has uprights at either end and in the centre; the bottom panel is ribbed. the central panel has 6 poster holders, the central 2 contain posters and the remaining 4 have pieces of paper; above the poster holders there are clear panels. A roof protrudes outwards from the uprights. To the right and behind there is a brick built building with a sign above reading 'W & C French Ltd' . Reverse has handwritten 23762 below a piece of orange paper, stuck to the object. with pre printed text with typed additions. Handwritten at the top of the orange paper is 'The Crown Site - Old Station Road'
