Brief description
Black and white photograph looking across green area at the junction of Smarts Lane and High Road Loughton. Visible shop signs include Wools of Loughton; Ford and Abbots. There us a parked mini and motorbikes against the left side pavement of the fenced off green area, with trees. Reverse has handwritten in blue 'taken in the 1960's'; a Chigwell urban District Council, surveyors department stamp with the date 11 Oct 1973. There ia a Paul J Parry stamp and Agfa on the reverse.
