Brief description
Black and white photograph of entrance to a car park with a structure consisting of 4 posts with upper corner braces, linking by cross bars with 7'6" HEADROOM written across the centre. The central 2 posts are either side of a kerbed island with a gate like structure above; there is a board at cross bar height with 'CHIGWELL UDC FREE CAR PARK' recorded. There are cars parked in the car park and a lamppost towards the rear fence. Reverse has handwritten in red ink '19. Church Hill car Park photo Feb 1967 by RWE. In the centre there is handwritten and underlined in black ink A4. Bottom centre is a Paul J Perry stamp.
