Brief description
Black and white photograph, with a white border, of a tree lined street, left bottom corner is a pavement with a road sign beyond a tree giving directions to Debden, Chigwell and Epping and Loughton Town Centre. The right hand side of the road has a parade of shops beyond a junction and housing behind hedging below the junction. There are bikes parked in front of one of the shops. Reverse has 5 in black ink top right corner and in blue ink from the top left 'Valley Road, looking towards Oakwood Hill. Malvern Gardens on right. Summer 1965'
