Brief description
Black and white photograph, with white border looking down onto a building site. Top of image shows junction of Old Station Road, High Road and Connaught Avenue, Loughton. Site has 2 entrances form Old Station Road, one leading to low huts and one slopes down towards areas of concrete covered in metal mesh. Centre there is a row of concrete lined, rectangular holes. Reverse top right, handwritten in blue ink, Crown Site, Loughton, 5th July '66 and in the centre No.2. There are two ink stamps one for Alan Kay Studios an one for Chigwell UDC Surveyors Department dated 25th July 1966.
