Brief description
Black and white photograph with white border, taken looking down onto a building site. Buildings are visible beyond the site boundary fencing (High Road Loughton). Right hand side has 10 parked cars. There is a roadway inside the site at the top with a truck and a caterpillar tracked digger. Left foreground has 3 low huts on concrete base. Beyond the huts, workmen are present on an a area with some holes and with metal poles rising from the ground. Reverse handwritten in turquoise ink, Crown Site, Loughton, 6th Sept '66 and No. 3. There is a stamp for Alan Kay Studios.
