Brief description
Black and white photograph with white border of building under construction taken across Old Station Road Loughton. There is a Morris Minor parked on the road facing another vehicle/ To the right of the building is a white notice board which is headed Essex County Fire Brigade. The construction has concrete pillars and scaffolding. Reverse has handwritten in black ink Crown Sirte, Loughton 10th Jan '67 and No.3. there is a faded Alan Kay Studios stamp.
