The higher billboard is advertising Walls Sausages and a Labour Party Poster, which has Under the Conservative Party 'You've never had it so good!'. In envelope containing 36 black and white photographs. Part of the collection donated by daughter of Robert W Edwards last Borough Surveyor of Chigwell UDC. Part of collection 2024.16.92.1-36 with never and so good crossed out. The lower billboard is advertising North Thames Gas; Drinka Winta Pinta; English Chees and Rothmans King Size. Reverse in ink III and in pencil 5/.
