Brief description
Black and white photograph, with white border of the Cooperative Permanent Building society shop front, with advertising on the side of the side. The building is 2 storey, with shop front and 2 windows above and brick to the side with 2 billboards, one above the other, the top one advertising Harp Lager, and the other advertising milk. There is a gateway to the right with the gate open and against the building wall. Beyond the Cooperative, detached building is a low building with a snack bar sign. Reverse handwritten in blue ink is High Road L'ton, Co-op B'dng Soc before new rebuilding. There is II in black ink and 5 in pencil.
