Black and white photograph of a road with illuminated street lights on both sides and an unlit lamppost. Reverse has handwritten in pencil 'looking towards B Hill' and '23771' and in blue ink 'up A121 from end of High Road L'ton, new columns in light, old columns still up. Photo about 1947. There is a red ink stamp of The General Electric Co. Ltd.
