Black and white photograph showing interior of library, thought to be Epping or Loughton Library (needs checking) . Shows rows of bookshelves and a reception desk . The ceiling has windows in the roof, which let light in and there are hanging lamps in the ceiling. Between 1960 - 1970? Stamped on reverse 'A Stanland Photograph by CG Stanford AIBP, Croxton's Mill, Little Waltham, Chelmsford, Essex.
