Black and white photograph showing Chigwell Cihief Librarian Bertie Luck and Councillor Mrs LM Scott shaking hands with the Mayor and Mayoress of Eastbourne at the Library Conference, Eastbourne, 1970. Councillor Mrs Scott is wearing a fur stole and is shaking hands with the Mayoress, whilst Bertie Luck is shaking hands with the Mayor. The figure on the right is unknown. To the left of the photograph are print numbers (used by photographer?) 4, 7216. Presumably taken by Sunbeam Photo Ltd, Margate (see EPPMS2024.19.5c). See also EPPMS2024.15.5b.
