Black and white photograph of a group of adults and children posing for the camera. The children are wearing Beaver Scout and Brownie uniforms. One of the adults is wearing a Scout uniform; the others are formally dressed. Handwritten text on the rear of the photograph indicates that is an opening ceremony at the Waltham Abbey Scout Headquarters. Dated 12 October 1990.
