Brief description
Black and white photograph of a group of people. They are standing in a field. In the foreground an older man is presenting a certificate to a younger man. They are shaking hands and posing for the camera. Behind them is a group of seven young men in a line. All of the group are wearing Scout uniforms. On the rear of the photograph is a date stamped in red ink. Only the day and month are legible "25 JUN". Likely 1982 due to "1907-1982 Year of the Scout" 75 Years of Scouting commemorative badges on several of the Scouts present in the photograph. There is some handwritten text "Chief Scout Award to 15 Year old Kevin Draper by G.S.L Mike Perry" and "Mike Perry group scout leader". Certificate text suggests these Scouts were in Epping and Ongar District Scouting.
